What gets a fast reply

• A wrong number. Include the tool link, the exact inputs you used and the result you expected, with the source for the expected figure if you have one.
• A missing assumption. Local tax rules, insurance conventions and market-specific fees differ by country; tell us which market the tool gets wrong.
• A tool request. Describe the decision you are trying to make, not just the formula, so the output can be shaped around it.
• Advertising, licensing or press. Mention the site and what you need from us.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personalised financial, tax, legal or medical advice, review your loan documents or recommend a specific lender, insurer or provider. Messages asking for a personal recommendation will be answered with a pointer to the relevant calculator and a note to consult a licensed professional.

Response time

Corrections to a formula are handled first, usually within a few days. Feature requests are queued and prioritised by how many readers ask for the same tool. We do not run a newsletter, so there is nothing to subscribe to.
